Safe Access in Del Mar
In District Attorney on October 3, 2010 at 12:01 amCity of Del Mar de facto Ban Discussion
In District Attorney on October 3, 2010 at 12:01 amWhat’s a de facto Ban?
In District Attorney on October 3, 2010 at 12:01 amA de facto ban on medical marijuana is a city municipality, it’s mayor and city council refusing to allow the land use issue as an agenda item during a regular city council meeting. Instead, the city will give applicants and patients the run-a-round when asked about safe access to medical marijuana within the city limits.
De facto bans can be changed to safe access. Select your city below and then…
- Contact your elected officials. (Help)
- Communicate with other local patients.
- Attend the local meetings.
- Keep up the local fight.
- Don’t stop until your rights are respected and you have safe access to medical marijuana in your city.
